Had to sign off Instagram. I can't mute notifications so signing off is the next best thing. I can hold my own and I've been fine but now all the endless abuse is really triggering my BPD, which isn't good. I'm not removing my reel though! Disability Awareness is important!🩷

I now have been officially diagnosed with ADHD today. Which means I am AuDHD I am so glad to have answers & to get help with struggles I've been dealing with for a long time. I'm getting leaflets & going to get a physical health check & ECG to see if I can take medication. The journey continues~

I have: Autism ADHD BPD/EUPD Arthritis EDS/HEDS Endometriosis Fibromyalgia Type 2 Diabetes Osteophytes Chronic Fatigue Restless Leg Syndrome. All Diagnosed by Doctors. Turns out that a lot of people on my Instagram reel can't handle the fact that a person can have multiple health conditions. 🙃

My Walking Stick/Cane is NOT a trend! It helps my legs turn in less, it gives me support when I'm in daily pain & it helps so that I don't fall into traffic when I'm on a path! I have EDS, Fibro, Arthritis, Endo & more. These aren't some "labels" they are my Disabilities that affect ME EVERY DAY.
