My therapist asked me why I internalized that I was hard to love. Easy. Some of the most important people in my life have asked me how to show me love. So I told them... and their response was that it was too hard for them to do those things and I shouldn't expect that of them.

I keep getting 'f*ck running, women need to walk!' fitness ads and me... A runner... Would like that to stop. I like to walk. But running gave me so much mental strength. It literally saved my life. It's not always about getting skinny. Sometimes it's about just helping your brain.
