It’s #Stunday, and I’ve pulled this photo from my archives of a trip to #Alaska. A black bear reclining with a magpie companion nearby. This scene made me smile. 😊 #bears #EastCoastKin #birders #birds #photography #nature #naturephotography #wildlife #wildlifePhotography ##PhotographersOfBluesky

Showing @boyfrombruce.bsky.social around Gluepot was a lot of fun ... even though last night's minimum was -3.2. Brrr! But the best thing was getting a lifer. I've looked for striated grasswrens there many times. Finally got lucky today!

Time for Sunday reflection again. Enjoy your day. #StunDay #photography #sunset #Ireland #EastCoastKin
A breathtaking landscape featuring a reflective water surface under a vibrant sky during sunset. The images capture the vastness of the scene with a distant horizon of dark mountains. The sky is filled with dramatic clouds in shades of deep blue and grey, tinged with streaks of gold and orange from the setting sun. The water acts as a mirror, perfectly reflecting the sky’s colors and clouds. The shoreline is grassy with patches of wet sand, enhancing the natural beauty of the scene. There’s a profound sense of calm and tranquility in these serene and richly colored images.

Look who I have been watching today. This is a Black-winged Stilt baby!! There were all sorts of wader babies being protected by adults. #birds
A white fluffy bellied and grey mottled back wader chick, standing in the shallows of the salt lake. It is fluffy all over, very fluffy, probably a few days old only. It already has the long black stilt-like bill. The surface of the water has gunk floating on top. Taken at El Pinet, Alicante, Spain.

I have a question. When you think of Ireland? Is this how you see it? Taken about an hour ago. Was thinking it’s an archetypal Irish country scene. 🤷‍♂️ #Scape #Stunday #photography #EastCoastKin
A lush green Irish countryside landscape under a bright blue sky. The scene features a gently sloping grassy field bordered by dense trees with vibrant green foliage. In the foreground, flowering bushes with white and yellow blossoms add color and texture. Rolling hills and distant farmlands are visible in the background, partially veiled by light clouds.
