Corporations that use AI need to know the real cost of using AI. Replacing employees with AI not only leaves the former employees jobless but reduces taxes receipts to the gov’t. Start taxing corporations that reduce employees by using AI so that the real cost is recognized.

We know that as a result of AI corporations are laying off workers and significantly reducing their employment costs. As a result, the govt will be getting a lot less in taxes. To make up the difference, the govt should be taxing the corporations that use AI to reduce the number of employees.
