Dolly and Pippin were very good for the Blessing of the Animals at Ascension Silver Spring. Especially considering it was Pippin's first time! (Dolly is always perfect.) I was proud of Pippin for his polite greeting of our friend Jane's dog Winnie. ⚓️

this is probably my favourite worship leader, because he makes the shouting out of instructions to the Desk at the back - so I can keep the words up on screen - part of the actual act of worship. Also today, BVs were really good.

Delphic Brewing Co. #Newbury: I thought this was a great graphic design; the artist’s work also looks very like my boy, Prospero. He is such stuff as dreams are made on. It’s called Body Like a Briefcase and you can join four cans together to make a picture of one cat.

massive queue to get in and out of Terminal 3 App & Private Hire Pick Up and Drop Off this morning, for the overnight flight from Boston. Two lanes of the car park and the bit where you drive between them have been taken out to create this area.

my non church mate asked me why I was going and I said well, despite it being a 2 hours drive and me being the only fella there, mostly because I want to show support for the fella who is running it by showing up. he totally gets that #church administration and church management IS ministry

tarried awhile at the Royal Engineers’ Memorial, #Rochester Cathedral, as my grandfather was a sapper, during The War. He was a carpenter, like Jesus and his Dad. The detail on the mosaic was quite something.
