I'm going to suggest to my LGS that when a player opens one of those they have the option to buy a new pack for limited or make them pass it; no drops mid-draft. It's such a weird thing to do. I'm also not happy with the severe reduction in C/U foils. 160

In draft, the only option now is to drop if the player wants to keep the packs (unless something else is worked out). I expect they'll share more soon, but I dislike it atm. 291
