I did not drink water from a hose as a kid because the water was tainted by dumped toxins which entered the aquifer and caused a childhood cancer cluster in my city. Then to make things worse, they made a movie about it starring John Travolta.

I also saw there was a PC recomp for the Xbox version of the first Mercenaries game, but I'd rather run the PS2 version at 1080p at 1.5 GB of HD space than get marginal gains for a 10 GB install. And the game's biggest problem is its lack of a decent ADS option, which is not a simple decomp fix.

I'm impressed by how the Halo CE recomp has evolved over the course of a week but also annoyed by how lazy the game's campaign level design was. SO MANY identical corridors and interiors, which undermine the advanced enemy AI because you're fighting in the same damn spaces over and over again.
