I really have no idea how people are supposed to complete forms fast enough for DHHS. Last Friday, June 5, I got a 16 page packet of forms to fill out & they wanted it to receive by Monday, June 8. I just got another letter date June 8, telling me they haven’t received my forms. Zero breathing room.

Having no online form to fill out is ableist in my opinion. I just had to fill out 16 pages of a “function report” to send to the disability determination services. The main reason I’m on disability? Extreme chronic pain in my hands (& feet) due to lupus. 🙄
