We were out on an evening walk when I came upon this ol' bobcat (lynx Rufus). I unintentionally threw off it's vibe while it was hunting for rabbits. The reason for the crows going crazy makes sense now. North Texas #photography #cats #nature #naturephotography #wildlifephotography #Texas

While out on an evening walk, I heard the crows going wild, even the squirrels were barking. Usually it means there is a predator in the area. Sure enough, I met up face to face with this bobcat.

Aside from mealworms, which lately seems to be one of their favorites too, I offer them dried dog food, suet pellets and raw peanuts (in shell). I noticed their tastes seem to change throughout the season so I keep a buffet for whatever looks good.
