“Go find the run” Young people and parents of young people that hoop. Do not spend the summer, and thousands of dollars, in the gym with trainers. Get them kids out the house and go find the run. Play up. Play with the kids they might be struggling to keep up with. They get better or they don’t.

There’s a very specific relief I have in being around Black American people. Like I can feel tension leaving my body and my smile is little more generous. I don’t mind other spaces and can enjoy them but I love when it my Tribe and I’m “ home”
