1/ Afroman jury is STILL in deliberations for about four-plus hours. Some of that was taken up by selecting a foreperson & lunch, but this is still a pretty lengthy deliberation for a civil trial - especially one that seems clear-cut for a defense verdict. I've tried civil cases. My thoughts:
