It should be sold at cost, which could be justified in terms of selling more #AppleTV subscriptions and to promote Apple Games subs. $199 with a controller and adding the most advanced AI upscaling and privacy would be a great product. If #Apple was smart, they would have included a custom game controller with their new Apple TV 4K. This TV Box is now more powerful than many laptops, they could have included HDMI passthrough for no cost. I love these things but it should be sold as a games console and it would justify the cost.

When Elon bought Twitter, I have to say I didn’t fully comprehend the risk. The fact he was trying to get out of the deal makes me think he didn’t really understand it’s potential. Honestly though anyone on there still is already brainwashed now. It shouldn’t be so accepted as part of the zeitgeist.

#Trump is literally taking the whole world down with his economic policies. Countries can not afford to run deficits anymore. We need to get inflation down which was literally what he was elected on. This is all down to the Iran war, tax cuts for the rich and corruption on a unprecedented scale.

Please can #Labour and #Burnham add to the budget a transparency database of everyone’s charitable donations every year. It’s currently already part of self assessments. We aren’t ever going to have public salaries but we can encourage charity which is key to the idea of building communities.

Agree, very good points. Energy costs are key and tech companies should pay, never residents. Luckily we are upgrading our grid finally, but yeah Germany for example messed up with nuclear. Europe should have a sovereign centre for training, then inference can be mixed. #Brexit is mixed here.

If the #AI bubble bursts, this is the time for the UK to catch up to France which has much more compute and the only real LLM lab in Europe. But we in the UK have a bigger AI sector and are 3rd in the world. But we need to keep this position but not at inflated costs now. Data centres need an ROI.

The new #iPhone Pro is boring but it’s a computer. If #Apple wanted it could match an M3 Macbook Air and it fits in your pocket. This is a major upgrade in power and yet it uses less battery. It’s incredible jump from 2-3 years ago and all rumours are next year is going to be even better. Headroom 💻
