#oil Just a heads up that we may have a late season storm that shuts down Gulf rigs. Should know more by Tues (tomorrow) evening as to whether this spins up (for now its just a model run). Of course if it spins up, a track/trajectory will become more reliable.

Day 5 a potential storm holds on the long range GFS forecast. W. Caribbean Sea still the place to keep an eye on for the favorable environment for cyclone development. Today's model run pushes invest (spin up) out to 9/22. Beyond that is even more speculative than whether we get a storm at all.

This is waaaaay out on the GFS model forecast (TH 9/24)... ...AND invest (spin up) for whatever might spawn this wouldn't be til (9/21), if at all, off the Yucatán peninsula... ...BUT if this long range forecast manifests itself; it would likely shut down every rig in the Gulf of Mexico

Breaking: E. Jean Carroll moved to the collect $5,779,783 from the bond Trump deposited in the court's registry, since that verdict reached the "end of the line" at SCOTUS. Trump's lawyers are still trying to delay, per the filing.

The Court should enforce the plain language of the existing Stipulation and Order and
direct immediate disbursement of funds held in the CRIS. Defendant Trump obtained a stay of
execution pending appeal only by explicitly agreeing that the funds placed in the Court’s account
would be disbursed upon the conditions set out in the Stipulation and Order. Those conditions
were satisfied when the Supreme Court denied his petition for certiorari. Nothing in the Stipulation
and Order, the Federal Rules, or the Supreme Court’s Rules permits him to disregard the parties’
agreement subsequently so ordered by Your Honor based on the fact that he is considering seeking
reconsideration of the denial of certiorari.2 Accordingly, the Court should direct the Clerk to
disburse to Carroll the value of the judgment including post-judgment interest, which amounts to
$5,779,783.00 in total as of the date of this filing.
