SCOTUS says that Trump’s plan to restrict mail-in voting can proceed. It involves a nationwide list of eligible voters being compiled by the Trump administration. If you’re not on the list, you don’t get a ballot mailed to you. Is SCOTUS going to validate this list? Is anyone? See the problem?
