Tyler but I dunno @tdf.wtf · 23/11/2025I tried a mozzarella and Sun-dried tomato loaf. Lamination and Shaping was a mess, so not as much oven spring. Ingredients are not well distributed. Tastes fine, and well-fermented, but definitely this loaf needs work. Not as easy as the jalapeño cheddar one was! #breadsky 040
