D2D has instituted a policy that charges authors who make below a certain threshold a "maintenance fee." I've delisted my books with them, and recommend avoiding them as a self-publishing platform in the future. I think it's time to get out of self-publishing, at least for erotica.

The "clean" language for me is always a red, or at least yellow, flag, because it shows someone who hasn't given STIs a lot of thought, and still think of them as a kind of "dirtiness" rather than just an infection. If getting a cold at the grocery store isn't "dirty," then neither is an STI.
