I also watched there be a targeted push against tily from #some people a couple years ago that unfortunately had a pretty big affect on people’s opinions based on blatant misinformation and bullying so a lot of what people have heard arguing against isn’t true.

Probably two of the most convincing things i’ve seen were the few times we’ve actually seen lily in taylor’s orbit like november 2016 and november 2023 (2/2) and the subreddit had a really good post by someone after lily went to eras that was originally the way I heard about it and it fully sold me.

I really love being in this space on BlueSky but sometimes I feel like an outsider. I don’t give Taylor the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know if she’s using her power for good behind closed doors in elite spaces, I don’t know if she’s working with other artists to slowly make meaningful change.
