It feels SO bizarre to have short hair again, but I run hot so it's been nice feeling a bit cooler overall. I do miss it already, though! I'm excited to grow it back out a bit and be able to cut/style/dye it however I'd like.

Thank you so much! 🫶🏼 I firmly believe that immersing ourselves in nature helps with overcoming/accepting grief and pain and other ailments/mental health struggles. It for sure has some restorative properties, IMO, on both a scientific and spiritual level, which can help to heal many deep wounds. 💜✨️

There has been much grief in my life lately, so I'm thoroughly grateful for good company and lake hangs. It's also been about a month since I've left the house due to my chronic pain levels, so I shan't complain about getting some much-needed exercise in, however little. 🧚🏻‍♂️✨️

Admittedly, my screenwriting has been neglected during this period. 😅 It's been such a fascinating journey that I'm now outlining my first non-fiction book about my findings—a "how-to" guide to discovering your own family history!
