If you'd like I can delete these posts* and go watch some AEW tapes and use a move from an AEW show. The point is, and this should be clear to anyone not being needlessly pedantic, that some folks don't care how spectacular a move is or isn't as long as the story behind the fight is good.

I didn't see their response, so I shouldn't have really said anything. My b. And I think AEW's storytelling has been great but my personal opinion is that WWE tends to do that a bit better & they're coming off a pretty great '23 and '24 (and now entering a down period IMO). Right now I 💯 prefer AEW.

can lend itself to matches having less of a personal stake. So for some, they see a bunch of guys who look great and can go but it doesn't land the same way it does for others. And I think that's fair and an issue of preference and neither fandom should come down on the other over it.

athleticism and a wild brawl is minimal to nil if the story behind the match or the motivation of the wrestlers isn't good. Now I personally think AEW takes an undue bad rap for this and right now especially, they're excelling at it. But they haven't always and the emphasis on sport-style product...
