Eso has been my comfort game for years, picking it up at least once a year. Half of the team sounds absolutely Insane 😖 So sad for all those affected

I fear I’m becoming desensitized with the barrage of bad news we continue to receive everyday between the gaming industry and US politics. I’m tired yall.

I have been affected by the Bungie layoffs. My heart is crushed for all those wonderful people who poured their soul into this game we all loved for over 10 years. It didn’t have to end like this. Destiny has been my third home and not only is now gone but its developers too. 💔💔💔

The news of Bungie stopping the live service updates for Destiny 2 hit hard (as I’ve been eating and breathing it for 11 years); but the news of the entire development team for Destiny being laid off has me fuming in anger at leadership. #destiny2 #bungie

Please forgive my tears… this one was tough. Thank you to every Warlock + Guardian who kept this legendary game alive for these past wonderful years. It has been an honor and privilege to have taken this journey with you. See you starside… 💙 #Ikora #IkoraRey #Destiny2 #DestinyTheGame

Our Lore Mother Alison is now using “heart-ghost-heart”. Replaced the broken heart with a Ghost. Ghost symbolizes healing and rebirth… DESTINY IS SAVED! #wewantdestiny3 😭 @alisontheperson.bsky.social #destiny2

How many would it take for Bungie and Sony to acknowledge us? 500,000? #wewantdestiny3

I would’ve loved for them to get rid of the “2” and add a massive improvement to onboarding for new players and returning. The “2” kept many old fans of the IP away from it IMO.

My Destiny 2 third home ending, Steam Deck going up by $300, gas prices, inflation… I swear I’m trying to focus on the positive :’( Gamepass got cheaper, new Forza is a Masterpiece, and more Geralt adventures next year! 😖

Imagine Bungie launched the Destiny 2 “Gambit” mode as a stand alone game. This is what highguard felt like to me.

Wonder who will be the “one more thing” at the game awards this year.

Gamepass should become a $9.99 or $14.99 subscription with no “day one” releases, with most first party games added after a year of release. We would purchase the games we really want and check out the rest later. Change my mind.

Today, after 10 years playing this game in short episodes, I’ve found Ciri. It was a goal of mine for 2025 but here we are, second week of 2026 and I’m crying. #thewitcher3

Xbox cannot please everyone but they went as far as to add Fortnite Crew and Ubisoft classics to Ultimate. You’re telling me they cannot add ESO plus to it? It would bring in so many players to ESO it’s wild. I cannot justify the $30 a month just for COD and other perks I don’t care about.

I think we can all agree that the story for The Edge of Fate is a 10/10 so it makes sense. But the game as a lot of other problems

BREAKING: The new MMORPG project from Zenimax Online Studios, maker of Elder Scrolls Online, has been canceled as part of the Xbox layoffs, sources tell Bloomberg News. The project, code-named Blackbird, had been in development since 2018. Still more news to come this morning.

The amount of developer hours and creativity that went into this game for so many years makes me so sad. I always dreamed about game development as a career growing up and how exciting it could be; no one told me your work could be thrown in the trash by your boss anytime. So sad.
