Depending on what you want? Somewhere between moderately inconvenient and incredibly hard. The easiest way would be by making dice blanks, painting those similarly to how you paint stained glass dice and then shelling them transparent.

Windows PowerToys is cool and all, but ye gods, Microsoft, what the fuck is this doing in your documentation? To add context: this was after they mentioned three perfectly fine ways of installing PowerToys and before mentioning three more after whatever the fuck this was.

Also, a best practice of my own: Casting necessitates the collection of private info: emails, names, sometimes even stuff like information on someone's race, religion, medical status, or sexuality, if you ask people to self-identify to aid in casting diverse tables. Have a dang process, y'all.

Under the green "I accept" button, a checkbox is added after which the text "Maintain my information until I withdraw consent to aid with future casting calls." is added.

I already do some of that (see the picture below), but for the casting process I only have a list of steps (and an assurance people get to know the decision before cast announcements happen), would adding estimates of dates there help?

Casting Process
In an effort to create a transparent casting process, the casting steps are noted below:
Due Diligence
To ensure a safe environment for our cast members and the GM, before selections are made due diligence will be performed on each applicant. This covers public social media, previous appearances on streams, podcasts, or other shows, and references if applicable.

Interview
After the submissions are closed, an initial selection of cast members is made. If you are in this selection, you will be invited to have a quick interview.

This interview is used to check if your audio and video quality is sufficient and to see if there’s a good fit between you as a player and the GM. You can also use this time to ask any questions you may have about the project.

The interview call should take no more than 15 minutes and may be waived if you have appeared on shows before.
Session Zero
If your interview goes well, you will be invited to session zero along with the rest of the cast.

This is used as a regular session zero and to see if there’s a good fit between all of the players.
Sessions zero usually take around 60 minutes and are mandatory for your participation in any streamed games.
Decision
If the session zero went well you will be invited to be a part of the stream with the rest of the cast members you met during the session zero.

If you were not selected at any point you will receive a message informing you of this fact before the casting decision is publicized.

I have once again fallen victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia" or perhaps "never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line" - but mine was this: "Never underestimate how much cookies will expand when baked."
