I am slowly becoming obsessed with Claude Ai Today I learnt how to 1️⃣ Use the projects function. Game changer! 2️⃣ Upload 6 sets of meeting minutes to create a master actions log and then upload these to Asana🤯 I feel like I have just discovered a new language and I LOVE IT 😀

I’ve just crossed the finish line of my Victoria Park half marathon, and what an incredible way to wrap up an amazing year! This year, I ran 4 ultramarathons in September. 2 being in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco & now I have my half marathon medal to add to my 2024 collection. #thisgirlcan

Operational management is ‘the biggest thing missing from NHS’ Whilst this comment, made by Penny Dash, chair of North West London Integrated Care Board, was in relation to secondary care and not primary care (where I live), it’s always nice to hear the role of management championed 👊🏾
