Some definitions which might be helpful: Neurodiversity: all types of brains. A person in the neurological minority is neurodivergent: different from the (neurotypical) majority. A group of people are neurodiverse: a variety of neurotypes, neurotypical AND neurodivergent. These are not synonyms.
