Yesterday's bookclub was wonderful, per usual. I really like how it's evolved to have a roster of regulars, about half of whom will show up for any given bookclub, giving continuity, while we also almost always have someone new. It's such a great mix.

As someone who’s a bit artsy but also sciencey, I fluctuate between each state. When in a more practical state, my doodles have more straight/broken lines. Any other makers have beef with a certain material?? For me it’s concrete — trying to attach foam to it in my basement so my wild child can go nuts in there, but nothing sticks to concrete! Have a single brand of construction adhesive that works, but securing it while it dries is a headache #makers
