Advice for anyone suffering from con crud: Lifting heavy paving slabs and bags of cement and shovelling sand into a wheelbarrow? Yeah, don't do that. Doubly so if the weather turns wintry. Speaking from experience here as I lay in bed with annoying aches all over.
