Dame nature was sending me a portent this morning to not go into work, the drive in I had three near misses with two deers, a fox and a rabbit. There’s a layup to a joke in there somewhere.

Formed a bond with a wee frog in work. I named him Robert the frogert.

Thinking about these little rascals I saw at the weekend. I love water birds.

Some geese at the side of a loch, a white one is curiously checking me out, it’s a very good chance it’s intentions are to slay me, unknown to this beast I am trained in the art of geese lobbing.

I ran up a big hill today.

On the ground of the photo is the largest Bronze Age cairn in Scotland. At the centre of it is a triangulation pillar for navigation.
