I'm in the physical therapy lobby and there's a man here loudly explaining to his mom that she won't need to go to all her PT appointments because it is very inconvenient for him and she'll be fine, and also that he finds everything she says to be annoying and trivial.

A man stepped into the road and punched my car, knocking my right mirror askew for the rest of the drive, and cussed me out. I have the anxiety flop sweats. I can't even parse what happened. I am always so so anxious about the responsibility of operating a vehicle but I think he came at me??

Setting up my 2025 bullet journal. Decided to work with watercolor again this time around, which means I do one layout per evening, spray it with art fixative before bed, and let it dry overnight so that the watercolors survive in a constantly used, transported and spilled on journal for a full year
