A DnD character I designed for my husband nearly a decade ago, and still one of my all-time favorites. The character is based on the Bangaa from FFTA. I love any excuse to paint some weathered metal. His weapon of choice was a two-handed mace fashioned out of a giant vice grip #DnD #Ink #watercolor

I LOOOVE magical girls, but anytime I try to capture the essence of the magical girl I always wind up at witch. Fen was supposed to represent everything I love about the woodlands and marshes without looking like a Tinkerbell fairy. I also wanted to learn to draw box braids, which I did not do well.

Best witch, best frog. When I'm in a rut, I like to explore other styles. This piece was based on @aubryjoi.bsky.social posca pieces that I love. I have no posca, so I just used a real small brush. Very cute, but I never played with the style further.
