I lived in a house that had a huge family of magpies. They are the reason I fell in love with magpies. I bought a birdbath for them. I bought a shell pool for my dog My dog used the birdbath as a bowl and the magpies loved that pool.

I essentially have to wait for the rabbit and to run and Winnie will lunge, I hold him back and then we carry on. I can’t avoid the rabbit because it lives 2 houses down and is frequently on my front lawn. It’s stressful.

I have the week off, so I have many late nights planned for me and some binge watching. However, when I decided on using the DVDs, I didn’t factor in having a dog in my lap and the DVD player is so far away. How can I disturb this guy?

I’m in the waiting room to get a biopsy on my thyroid. It is a large white room, and I’m the walls there are Dr Seuss artworks. The numbered limited addition kind. I’m not sure I want to go through a door between 2 pictures of Cat in the Hat to get stabbed in the neck.

Do you ever think about the marks left on plates and cups over years in use? Just the slightest marks. I first noticed it in the mugs at work. From the stirring of tea. Now, when I get my plates out it is all see. Observe my plate. I’ve had it for 7 years. Tiny scratches from years of use
