RIP to my very, very old HVAC system. During 100° weather 🤨. No worries, though I have eight years to pay off a new one. So, what goes food or Medical. My pity party gets 10 mins, then I have to move on. I’m still more fortunate than others, I know. Thanks for listening, it saves a therapy bill. 🤷‍♀️

We were warned about it in 2019. To reduce the risk of tick-borne illnesses: -wear long sleeves & pants in wooded/ grassy areas -use insect repellent registered w/EPA -do tick ✔︎s after time outdoors -use tweezers to grab tick & save it -if u don’t feel well, go to MD- bring saved tick to aid in ID
