Hey y’all, I’ve been pretty MIA recently for quite a few reasons including some life shake ups, hectic work, etc and I’ve also just been feeling very uninspired. I’m still going to try to keep writing, but I don’t want to burn myself out for the sake of a schedule. All the love 💕

Good Reason — Chapter Four 🍺 Muggle AU 📚 Bar/Bookshop Owner Hermione ⚽️ Himbo Draco 🍷 Older Woman/Younger Man 💐 Romance, fluff, and SMUT archiveofourown.org/works/660018...

Image of a high-end restaurant dessert with assorted components. Slices of a dark red cheesecake-looking thing. Maybe a brownie. Berry and maybe vanilla ice cream or sorbets. Berries and micro greens are scattered on top and two gold spoons are propped on the edge of the plate. White text overlaid: “Good Reason by morriganmercy, chapter four”

Ik I shouldn’t care about numbers but it is disappointing seeing a chapter flop that I worked so hard on. Especially with a female character that’s so hated despite being a mirror of a male character that doesn’t get nearly as much vitriol (despite being Worse lmao.) anyways that’s my rant for today

I know the urge to tell the vice president (@jd-vance-1.bsky.social) that he sucks absolute shit is very strong, but right now I think the best movie is just to pre-emptively block him. Wall him off from large swaths of the site.

Feeling extremely cool calm and collected about this!!!!!!!

Announcement post with text: “Announcement
I am so incredibly delighted to announce that I am now represented by Aurora Fernandez at Trident Media Group for my upcoming debut novel!
This is a story I have been dying to tell (this will be a funny joke in several months), and I cannot wait to introduce you to my beloved original characters and take you on a whole new adventure!
This never would have been possible without the unbelievable love and support this community has shown me over the past four years, and for that you will always have my sincerest gratitude.
More soon!
💋 Morrigan Mercy”

I just want to say, it's never too late to comment on an older fic, we writers will see it at the top of our inbox page and if its a positive one it will definitely make our day 🥹 And there's never a need to apologise for writing long comments 💜
