Rid of his adornments, Jimin slumps onto the bed with an embarrassed groan.

"Care to tell me how you escaped this little quest also known as marriage?" Seokjin rises from his chair, slips off the boots he's been wearing untied for no reason other than their hefty weight grounds him, and then joins the incubus on the bed by climbing over him, laying kisses across his bare shoulders as he goes.

Jimin rolls over onto his side, wraps his arm and leg around Seokjin's exhausted body and smiles. "Well, he was having an affair with a nobleman's wife. What else was I supposed to do?"

"Scorned lover," Seokjin hums. "Classic."

He grips Jimin's small hand in his and kisses from his wrist up his arm, grinning the entire time the incubus playfully tries to free himself, only giving up once Jimin insists on being properly kissed instead.

Two years apart is two years too long, he thinks. Still, saying it out loud right now doesn't feel right. Jimin isn't flighty, but he does better with heart-centered conversations if he's been settled for a while.

Namjoon shrugs and continues watching the fish. "Nonna calls them all Goldie. But Goldie is the more extroverted one, Tuna and Frankenstein are introverted and greet the people they like, while Boris over there is the playful ambivert. As you can see, he gets the zoomies."

Taehyung giggles softly as Namjoon nods his head toward Boris who's swirling laps back and forth excitedly after eating his snack. The second he appears to wear himself out, he hides on the other side of a collection of rocks.
