To every LATAM colleague receiving this offer: Say no. Your expertise and time is valuable. You deserve fair pay and reasonable working conditions—not impossible demands for poverty wages. Don't accept this and speak up.

A reminder for all agencies and direct clients out there: if you want to work with trusted AVT professionals in various language pairs, look no further! You can use a free feature on our website: an AVT job offer form. subtle-subtitlers.org.uk/post-a-job/

A webpage titled “Post a Job” on Subtle’s website, allowing users to submit AVT (audiovisual translation) job offers. The page lists rules for acceptance: payment within 45 days, fair rates, author credit, and a ban on MTPE or AI dubbing jobs. It includes fields for company name, contact email, and job description, plus an option to attach a document and a checkbox confirming acknowledgment of Subtle’s posting rules. A red “Submit” button appears at the bottom.
