Something I found... pertinent.

Three panels from Alan Moore's comic "Watchmen" involving a discussion between Doctor Manhattan and Ozymandias. In the first panel, Manhattan is musing to himself about creating life, and Ozymandias asks, "Jon, wait, before you leave... I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." In the next panel, Jon responds, ""In the end?" Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."
