You may have noticed the "Knickers In A Twist" window display in Climate Hub at 30 Meer Street about fashion waste. As part of that campaign the Eco-craft-along session up to Christmas also focus on extending clothing lifespan and reusing waste fabric. Booking coming soon for these events!

There is to be a concert on 18th October to publicise the work of Net Zero Stratford, SWAN and the Heart of England Forest. Tickets are £30, concessions for young people £20, children under 12 are free.

At the Climate Hub we run monthly "Eco Craft Along" sessions where you can spend an hour picking up a new #crafting skill. Each month is different: we've had sewing machine introduction, rag rugging, making macrame flower pot holders and basic clothing alterations. Fun-n-free!

We're rapidly approaching September, so what's on next month? Lots! As well as regular #RepairCafe, Eco-Craft-Along, Green Book Talk, monthly open meeting and Community Kitchen, we've the film Power Station, carbon literacy training, and a Stratford Food Festival special in the Climate Hub.
The what's on list for September: repair cafe on 5th, power station screening on 6th, SCA evening meeting on 9th, Green Book Talk on 14th, Carbon Literacy Training on 15th & 23rd, Eco Craft Along on 26th and community kitchen every Friday evening.
