A week on Montreal's plateau. Mont Royal is closed off making it pedestrian only. They have done this in the summer for a decade. You want to bring street life back to TO, let's close the Danforth from Pape to Jones and Queen from Yonge to Bathurst to cars in July and August. I said what I said.
