__eirik @strotchy.bsky.social · 01/10/2026In the souls games I find myself not min-maxing but picking equipment and skills more based on what looks good or cool or is otherwise appealing, and I think that's a very powerful way of baking in some of these more modular difficulty settings! 120

I find it harder to roleplay / immerse as some little dude up against wicked odds while simultaneously being given Godlike powers of altering the game world and rules. For accessibility options I still think it's a worthy tradeoff. 130
