My poor dog Zoe has an ear infection—I noticed she was going nuts for ear rubs and on a hunch I checked her ear—yep, bright red. Poor girl. She’s going to the vet tomorrow and I’m sure they will give her some antibiotics and an ointment. I feel her pain—I used to get awful ear infections as a kid.

My mother got diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease on Monday and I have conflicting feelings because she's a horrible person who is absolutely shitty towards me. I can't say I'm shocked, given my grandpa had it (my mother's father) but I honestly don't feel anything other than a vague "oh that sucks"

My anxiety has been sky high because I’m worried about meeting the stupid Medicaid work requirements, but today cheered me up. My nervous temp client Waffles politely met FOUR dogs and did NOT get reactive! I’m so proud; this really cheered me up. Seeing a dog overcome their fear is why I ❤️ my job.
