A delicious looking baked ziti with a browned cheezy top layer. Mixed in ate some Italian sausages and a meatball sitting in a baking dish on top of a very beat up baking sheet.

I spent all that time making a veg stock, then turning it into bone broth, and then soup only to place it in jars and put the jars on the counter to cool to the touch before putting them in the fridge before going to bed. Only to wake up to find them still on the counter. So disappointed in myself

I made roast beef for dinner tonight. It was my first time using a sirloin tip roast. It came out really good. I might carve it a little differently next time but it was still pretty tender 🤤

While I'm saddened that my long vacation has finally come to an end I'm finishing it off right with a nice ribeye dinner. I only got maybe 40% of what I wanted to do done, and I already know work has been a mess without me, but that is life....... I guess. Really wish I was able to retire early 😅
