Finished Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy. Easily my least favorite of the Strangereal timeline that I have played so far. It was fine, but I really did not like the inclusion of offensive and defensive maneuvers (that border on QTEs) alongside planes that feel more like flying bricks.

Rolled credits on Ace Combat X. Honestly it’s up there with the big 3, and is really a marvel when you consider it was a PSP game. This really should have been a huge hit with me back then, but like the mobile Metal Gears it just didn’t stick for me at the time.

I have had a chance to ruminate on Scarlet Hollow, and while the last two chapters still aren’t out I think it is a must play for anyone that likes visual novels, horror, character work, meaningful choice, and spooky-town vibes. I for one am really looking forward to the final chapters.

I have finished my replay of the big 3 Ace Combat games +7 leading up to Wings of Theve. Revisiting these as an adult I am finding that 5 has landed solidly as my favorite.

After a few weeks of use I can say the AYN Thor might be the coolest piece of tech I have ever owned. I just played the first chapter of Scarlet Hollow by @blacktabbygames.com, and I don’t think I could have picked a better game to end the Summer and start Fall.

The addition of Sunbreaker Titan during The Taken King was the thing that really pulled me into Destiny. Naturally, my now updated Sunbreaker will be coming out of retirement for the Monument of Triumph event in #Destiny2.

C4sh is absurdly strong. I ground out level 60 over the last few nights, and took on Bloomreaper solo after work today. It only took me two tries to figure out where not to stand to get launched to me death before damage/melting phase, and I got him on try three. UVHM6 is now open.
