Almost at the end of the month, I haven't included ISWAP related incidents in Nigeria and Cameroon, and I've definitely missed some but there's been over 100 security related incidents across Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso and Benin in the past 27 days with the majority occurring in Burkina.

The Islamic State's weekly an-Naba' magazine counts merely 8 pages. Almost completely focuses on operations in African provinces. In total there were 24 operations, 22 of them in Africa. 124 killed or wounded in Somalia, 27 in Nigeria, 4 in Mozambique, 4 in Congo and 2 in Syria.

You can't out-Reform Reform. You can't out-Farage Farage. Any attempt to do so simply makes them stronger every time. Why do we have to go through this every time? It's not even a matter of dispute any more.

Big LOL at my university HR department for holding this workshop on Just a Accepting Your Shitty Little Work Life, You Drone
Flyer for a Human Resources Webinar entitled Radical Acceptance. The flyer reads, "Are you tired of resisting reality and struggling against life’s challenges? Join the Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) for an empowering webinar exploring the transformative practice of radical acceptance, a powerful tool for embracing life as it is, without judgment or resistance. In a virtual session, you’ll discover how accepting reality, rather than fighting it, can lead to greater emotional peace, resilience, and freedom. Radical acceptance isn’t about resignation, it’s about finding strength in letting go of the need to control everything, and instead, learning to navigate life’s difficulties with compassion, mindfulness, and grace."

1/x I have been researching #BokoHaram for years. The claim by US Senator Scott Perry that USAID funds Boko Haram is unsubstantiated, absurd and dangerous. Let me go over this... economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/interna...
