You could maybe do a timer on it?! That’s what I used to do…but would keep saying “15 more minutes” so I HAD to delete them off my phone so I would ignore it You might have more self control than I have? It’s truly borderline criminal how addictive they build the apps to be though

What’s sad is that the only way I found to do this was to delete the social media apps I spent the most time on (TikTok, instagram, etc.) But I’m MUCH happier and live in the moment more now!
