Isnt it great to look back and see solidarity! 👏👏✊️✊️ This time in 2016, the Kerry Knicker Collective may have gotten a little tipsy, carved a ridiculous amount of pumpkins, and put them on the steps of the Tralee Courthouse.
A photo taken at night-time, rows of nightlights, and pumpkins carved with the words 'Repeal', '8th', a staged photoshoot taken at Halloween in 2016 as part of a campaign to Repeal the 8th - which was a religious-made law against abortion called the 8th amendment passed in 1988 in Ireland. After a contentious campaign, including the preventable deaths of women, we won, and repealed the law in 2018

Where else would you be on a sunny day. Back west, at Coumeenole and Dunmore Head. When people ask why I moved here, on a day like today, there's no need for words.

I don't have a dryer, no space for it in my tiny galley kitchen, so I fitted an overhead airer above the stairs. If you don't have stairs, you can use a hallway. Highly recommend! Took ages to find someone who'd fit it well, but it's been there over 12 years now, and still works great.

Any music platform worth their salt should be banning AI music altogether. It's bad enough that you make millions profiteering off the sweat and blood of musicians with little return, but to profit off AI shysters, is another level of dystopia.

Great campaign but honest confession. I don't really like the Irish flag colours. That shade of green and orange, far too flashy. Made by bolshie French women who never sat in a Irish stone cottage in February eating turnips. I'd love more earthy tones, mosses and lichens, or naturally dyed fabric.

Today I was late for work, not because of traffic jams, or school runs, but because of a wee fledgling who was hanging around a dangerous location with little shelter.
