Stephanie Rieger @stephanierieger.bsky.social · 05/10/2026The alien poster and tagline. A couple words and a picture was all it took to fascinate and horrify me. ☺️ Didn’t see the film itself until years later. 110

Stephanie Rieger @stephanierieger.bsky.social · 10/09/2026Wow. Somehow didn’t expect all those robots! My family is from haute savoie so to us opinels have always simply been kitchen knives for cutting bread and cheese or peeling potatoes. We had favourite ones that were so old the blade had worn down, which somehow made them even sharper ☺️ 030
Stephanie Rieger @stephanierieger.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I think they did a deal with A&W a while back. We kept running into Costa vending machines at gas stations in Vancouver 🙄 Last year as we were planning our move back to Scotland Pret coffee cups started appearing in our Montreal neighbourhood. I think we tracked that down to A&W as well 🤷♀️ 100
Stephanie Rieger @stephanierieger.bsky.social · 21/06/2026Montreal was the same. Huge cycling town with great infrastructure included protected cycle lanes, but a lot of disregard for stop signs, traffic lights etc :( 0240

Stephanie Rieger @stephanierieger.bsky.social · 10/05/2026It is! And the water has always been that clear. Comes down from a glacier. If you have a car, there’s a lovely little town called Talloires midway down the eastern bank with windy little streets, a small harbour, and some secluded places to swim. Spent most of my childhood summers there! 110
