So, I have provided RSO or the equivalent to cancer patients in the past. Since everything is anecdotal...mixed results. Catching a problem early - more likely for real turn around. After a certain point def good for end of life - allows for a more comfortable and coherent end than pharm does.

Can't say I have strong opinions, per se. Mainly b/c I've never been the end consumer. But it is something I'm somewhat familiar with as a previous MM provider and have both positive and negative takes on (like most things, it has both). Kinda depends on definition/source/process as I understand it
