Today, for the seventh time, Senate Republicans voted against a War Powers Resolution that would end Trump's illegal war. A war that has already cost $29 billion and driven up the cost of gas to $4.50 a gallon. Once again, Republicans chose Trump over the American people.

The president demands election results be thrown out so Republicans win more seats

We cannot allow there to be an Election that is conducted unconstitutionally simply for the “convenience” of State Legislatures. If they have to vote twice, so be it. We should demand that State Legislatures do what the Supreme Court says must be done. That is more important than administrative convenience. The Louisiana v Callais decision gutted the Voting Rights Act, clearing the way for minority rule. The minority in question, BTW, fully supports sending paramilitaries into cities to terrorize and kill US citizens while refusing to exert their congressional power to end an illegal war in Iran.

The SAVE America Act is voter disenfranchisement. Full stop. No one should ever have to show their passport to vote. No one should have to show their birth certificate to vote. No one should have to show up to the polls and realize their registration was purged because "reasons." Call your senators.

BREAKING: The House passed the so-called SAVE America Act which threatens to upend our freedom to vote. The bill could disenfranchise millions of eligible voters by requiring documents like passports or birth certificates to register to vote and forcing voter roll purges. The Senate must reject it.
