Seeing Zootopia 2 crack almost a billion worldwide in less than two weeks only proves my point about how stupid Netflix is with theaters. People will see films in theaters and make them huge hits. Barbenheimer wouldn't have been what it was had it happened on Netflix.

Out of nearly 100 qrts, there was EXACTLY one that rightfully called out this article as clickbait and provided a contextual screenshot of what they actually meant This isn't Gen AI, nor is it a misinformed executive. It's the same team that weathered the CGI boom saying they're ready for round two

Being unable to tolerate frustration + chasing social media clout gotta be a big reason why ppl jumped on the gen ai machine to churn out slop

Tumblr post from eldritchdilf-deactivated2025061:
"Contrary to popular belief the biggest beginner's roadblock to art isn't even technical skill it's frustration tolerance, especially in the age of social media. It hurts and the frustration is endless but you must build the frustration tolerance equivalent to a roach's capacity to survive a nuclear explosion. That's how you build on the technical skill. Throw that "won't even start because I'm afraid it won't be perfect" shit out the window. Just do it. Just start. Good luck."

Social media every week whenever a new and popular movie, show, or game comes out:

Four stick people are enjoying something on a TV. Another stick person is screaming "QUIT HAVING FUN" at them.

The moment you actively demonise fans instead of approaching criticism constructively is the moment all respect in the convo should be lost. Someone having Mario Kart World is not going to kill your bloodline and blow up your house.
