It pisses me off that you can try to search up a law and you get a lawyer's website explaining it to you. That's not what I asked for. I don't need a piece of text explained to me, I can read it myself! Just show me the text! But then I realize, maybe the reason is that the law is so convoluted.

They're categorized based on topic and you can actually read it all or find a particular section or search with ctrl-f. Kids could just go through it in school and then understand their rights exactly. Every time there's a change it gets highlighted in the pdf so people can read it like patch notes.

It would be so awesome if all the laws fit in one pdf that was like 100 pages long and you could download it from the government's website. Each law is like one line and it just simply says what it means with no bullshit. Imagine if a citizen could actually know the rules, that would be awesome.

They should use this for dangerous drivers. Drunk, speeding, using their phone when driving, driving into the crosswalk while I'm still in there, etc. If this results in 50% of all motorists being "executed" once in their lives I'm not so bothered. If this results in no one wanting to drive, nice!

I'm against the death penalty but I think there should be a fake death penalty where you experience dying but don't actually die. Like they haul you into the town square and you feel yourself get your head chopped off by a guillotine while everyone watches. Then you walk away and you're fine.

I hate searching a word to find its definition or learn about it, and instead what comes up first is a company named after the word. There are so many companies now especially in tech that it feels like words can't just be words anymore, they're also brands just by default. Feels dirty.
