Update - Melissa Berntsen (aka NicoOregon) has been charged with a bias crime for her behavior at Hillsboro Pride, as well as harassment and unlawful use of mace. We still encourage the victims to pursue civil action against her, if they have not already done so.

Finally, Melissa asked the cops about why the alleged phone-tosser wasn't arrested & says she wants to press charges. They say they tried looking her up & couldn't find her, so she admits she gave them fake info, and that cops have let her do that before "to avoid doxing".

This alleged happening was at the start of the event, before Melissa maced anyone, for context since it's out of order here. She says on her stream that the person was banned from the park for a year, and then goes on to say she gave the police a fake name and phone number. True genius shit.

The cops ended up excluding the chuds from the park, but let them stand at the entrance yelling slurs at attendees & even went out of their way to bring them water bottles since they couldn't use the water fountains in the park anymore, enabling them to continue harassing the event.

A cop even admits that he got affected by her bear spray and was coughing, but just kinda jokes about it with her. If one of the pride event attendees maced a cop while commiting an unprovoked assault, they would 100% be charged with assaulting a police officer.

So they watched that & did nothing. This is not surprising because Hillsboro PD sucks (ACAB but also them in particular), and also Melissa even called it. She literally said "the cops aren't gonna do shit, thank god" after macing two people for laughing at her and her friends. And she was right.

1st incident: Tommy intentionally walks into an attendee's flag, then destroys it and claims he was hit with it. Video clearly show that he is lying. When the victim got upset that Tommy destroyed their flag, Melissa bear sprayed them (and got Tommy too LOL)
