My dad and uncle were also in WWII, my uncle was in the navy and also in the South Pacific. My dad crossed the beach D-Day plus 4 with his artillery unit. I miss them both, but like you, I'm glad they're not watching this mess.

They were. Both lived long, happy lives with us. We miss them! We're down to one cat!

Those little fighters didn't have the luxury of carpet! They didn't care, just went for each other.

Cats interpret everything in their OWN way. It's why I love them. I also adore my dog, who was a dumped puppy, now a great monster with a sweet temper who adores her cat!

Sums cats up as much as they can be summed. My loud, opinionated Siamese is the 'we moved on from this flavor' sort of eater....or he might be saving his food for the dog, who he adores, knowing his human mom will ultimately open a new can...

Gorgeous and adorable!❤️ Never had a cat to do this, but we adopted two kittens who enjoyed epic battles rolling down the stairs locked in each other's paws. Pity that was back in the days before I had a cell phone with a camera.

I try so hard not to hate. Hatred is evil, it's destructive to society and our fellow men and women and twists and destroys those who hate. Not that I have much sympathy for them. I certainly don't want to sink to their level. I won't give up or give in although it's getting harder every day.
